shares with you what a realistic, sustainable healthy eating plan looks like. This talk may turn everything you think you know about nutrition on its head! Is high carb low fat or low carb high fat better for maximum wellbeing and vitality? How some fats actually help you lose weight, feel happier, control stress and slow ageing. As a follow-on from the talk, Anna’s specially designed at-a-glance healthy meal plate templates will be available to you.
After Q&A and goodie bags, a beautiful closing meditation will have you floating out feeling renewed and at peace with the world.
Hope you can make what promises to be a wonderful morning treat!
This event is a fundraiser in aid of the Save the Hellfire campaign to save the semi wild environment of The Hellfire and Massy’s Wood, beloved by generations of Dubliners. These two woods are home to an amazing range of biodiversity and are under threat from an overscaled, inappropriate and environmentally catastrophic development. In order to have a chance of saving these historic woodlands savethehellfire.comneeds to raise €10,000. This is to fund an Oral Hearing by An Bord Pleanála, which has the final say as to whether the development will be permitted. We believe in access for all, in a sensitive manner which preserves this fragile ecosystem for generations to come.
