Advance your practice: shoulder alignment and finding stability.

Delve deeper into all aspect of your yoga practice. Your breath, your alignment, your awareness. Take your practice up a level. Learn a little more about the subtle aspects of yoga. Be more curious, be more patient. You have two full hours. Open up to new thoughts and patterns of movement and behaviour. Let old stuff, tightness and stagnancy go. Breath work to accompany each element of the practice for a deep cleansing of body and mind. On our current path, in each workshop, we are exploring handstand but this is optional, brief, and just for fun. There's no pressure to do any ‘peak’ pose; most of the practice is accessible to most with a little bit of crazy thrown in :-)

Each workshop has a slightly different theme, each one builds a little on the one before. Each is a stand-alone opportunity to go deeper and advance your practice. Suitable For All Levels
Advance your Practice and grow. Go deeper into your physical practice. Take your body through it’s full range of motion. Still your mind by focusing your thoughts on very precise alignment. Make subtle shifts, again and again, to access connection, strength and freedom. Release, stretch and soften from that place of strength. Then let it all soak in as you are guided through a deep, systemic, full relaxation of body and mind.

This is a two-hour workshop designed to take your yoga practice to the next level. Not suitable for complete beginners to yoga (min. 3 classes) but adaptable for all. A perfectly balanced practice, a 90 minute, alignment-based, vinyasa flow followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra. Emerge completely rejuvenated.

July: Side Body Long.
August: Release the weight of the world from your shoulders, then turn your little world upside down.
September: Hips, hips hooray.

October: Twist and shout.
