Restore and Flow: Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation

Join us for a supportive online yoga class that combines the power of yoga and mindfulness with a large dose of relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is perfect for everyone. If you need a moment to stop, release and reset before heading into the new year, so you can embody yourself from a place of calm awareness, this is the space for you.

We are online for this event so you can join us from your cosy home. Come in your PJ’s if you wish! We will start with grounding and breathwork with an option to write a few things down, a clearing of your thoughts and a setting of intentions.

We will take the body through a good full-range-of-motion stretch, think of a big yawn for every muscles! A big release of tension and a good big stretch. Nothing too fast or sweaty but moments of strength, connection and inner awareness.

We’ll close with some stretching closer to the floor and a long deep relaxation. A reflection to close and reset you for heading into the new year with freshness and clarity.

Please bring:

Your mat, two pillows, a blanket, something to cover the eye, a do-not-disturb sign for your door!
