Yoga, meditation, mindfulness...

With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of somatic movement and mental clarity, Sylvia Ferguson is a leading voice in sustainable wellbeing and resilience. Her work is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate the psychological and physical resources needed to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Sylvia’s approach is firmly rooted in evidence-based practice. She holds her yoga qualification from Yoga Therapy Ireland and a Master of Science (MSc) in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from University College Dublin (UCD). Further specializing her expertise, she studied Mindfulness and Compassion at the University of Amsterdam’s Summer School.

This deep academic background allows Sylvia to design Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation practices that are trauma-sensitive, highly adaptable, and accessible to all levels. Her teaching style focuses on nervous system regulation—guiding students toward feeling grounded, spacious, and resilient long after they leave the mat. As featured on RTÉ’s Nationwide, Sylvia is recognized as a facilitator who truly "exudes the calmness she aims to instill in her students."

Whether she is guiding professionals through immersive nature retreats at Mutton Lane Studio in the Dublin Mountains, hosting summer sessions in Marlay Park, or leading deeper wellness intensives on retreats, Sylvia expertly weaves nature, mindfulness, and practical compassion into every experience.

Her ability to blend yoga with mindfulness allows her to offer accessible yoga and meditation to all levels and abilities. She continues to develop online versions of her most popular Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes and has developed Corporate Meditation, a program that delivers meaningful mindfulness practices in the workplace.
