Weekly yoga classes resume Tuesday 12th September in RTE, Rathfarnham and Ballycullen. My last retreat of the summer with Exotic Yoga Retreats was in Italy with retreats for next year currently being planned and dreamed up, more updates on that to follow.
Advanced monthly workshops with Yoga Hub will run monthly all year round. Next one is on Sunday 24th September 12.30-2.30 and will be all about hips. Except lots of dynamic movement to ground and strengthen, balanced with lots of deep stretching and releasing of tension, lightened up with some fun, challenging, arm balance poses.
My first Advanced Teaching Workshop for teachers and teacher trainees is with Yoga Therapy Ireland from 10am – 4.30pm on Saturday 30th September. We will delve deeply into preparing the body and the mind for the ultimate yoga practice: Yoga Nidra.
New classes coming for Autumn include Posture and Alignment Meditation on Monday mornings 10-10.45am in Terenure. In posture and alignment meditation classes we learn meditation and relaxation skills while improving posture. Sit more effortlessly with ease, become calmer, become stronger. Some gentle movement, this is primarily a seated practice, suitable for all. Emerge empowered and revived.

Learn the skills to teach alignment-based posture meditation in a corporate, group or retreat environment. Go deeper into your own meditation and alignment practice.
Develop your leadership qualities and your confidence as a teacher while connecting deeply to your yogic roots of mindful awareness of body and breath. Learn how to structure classes, courses, workshops, events and retreats. Refine your communication skills and take yourself up a level professionally.
This is both a journey deeper into your own practice and a refinement of your skills as a teacher. As with all yoga journeys you will be cultivating qualities of non-judgement of self or others, compassion, patience and love.
Corporate Lunchtime Meditation classes will be resuming all over Dublin City in the coming weeks. A half hour guided practice to refine alignment and learn meditation skills to calm and focus the mind.
